We had movie night on Friday. Hubby was gone with my two elementary kids at the spring carnival, so the rest of us needed a treat. And fast! I had seen several recipes lately for popcorn that sounded good, but I’m LAZY. If it it disappears in 5 minutes, I’m not going to spend 30 minutes making it. So…
easy 2 ingredient sweet popcorn
By Elizabeth, April 15, 2013
Two tablespoons of frosting, melted in the microwave.
1/2 cup of up popped popcorn (if you use an air popper like me) or 1 bag of microwave popcorn.
Pop your popcorn and mix frosting in well. I drizzled mine over top, then put the lid on the popcorn bowl and shook it for a minute.
If you use vanilla frosting like we did here, then you can’t see it, but it sure tastes good!
I can’t wait to try it with chocolate or caramel frosting. Yummy!
