I love to make this when I’m short on time but want to make something yummy for dinner.  It’s family favorite and food storage friendly.  Even the littles will eat it most days!

Easy Healthier Stroganoff
1 package of egg noodles, cooked and drained
6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 bell pepper sliced
1 pound ground turkey
5 tbs bean flour 
2 cups water
4 cubes of beef boullion
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 cup fat free greek yogurt
salt and papper to taste

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey until lightly browned. Cook mushrooms and peppers in the pan with the meat.  Put bean flour and water in a tightly lidded container.  Shake until blended.  Crush boullion cubes.
Using the same pan, stir in bean mixture, crushed bouillon cubes, herbs and garlic and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over egg noodles.
