Whole Wheat Tortillas
3 cups whole wheat flour 1/3 cup olive oil 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp sea salt
- Combine ingredients in mixer with dough hook. Mixture will be a little sticky.
- Flour your hands if needed and divide dough into 16 equal-sized balls and press or roll out tortillas on a floured surface with a rolling pin (turning them a quarter turn each time to keep them round).
- Put tortilla in heated skillet to cook, turning after light brown spots start to form. Serve and eat immediately.

You'll never want to eat nasty store bought tortillas again.My kids love them fresh off the skillet with honey while I'm still cooking 🙂
